- Work Out. (or just take a walk, or stretch)
- Take some "personal time" (seriously, it helps - Science says so.)
- Make a list of what worries me. a lot of times half of it is the feeling that I'll forget something.
- Tidy up. Having an organized environment can make it easier to think clearly.
- Find someone to talk to about my worries.
- make a list of things that are going WELL.
- consciously make a decision to let go.

Go outside!

Seriously, you can label it "sports" and pretend to go jogging, but it's more than enough to go out for a slow walk at least once a day for half an hour.

Don't go with a goal in mind, just go and actively notice the air and the weather for starters, watch the sky and the clouds. You can expand to whatever else is around you (nature's perfect, but city life will also do), but do it without putting a purpose into it.

You will find this boring, strange, whatever at the beginning, but after I guess a week or so you will start to long for your daily tour, that half an hour where you are just walking.

No matter what the weather, I should perhaps add! You will enjoy wind and rain too, given that you have a comfy jacket and shoes where your toes won't drown in. ;)

Hope that will help. It does for me.
